DRIVER RETENTION

When talking to a driver, try and exercise what I call "Driver Mindset". Drivers are people like everyone else; they merely have a different lifestyle. Drivers do not want to feel as if they are below us, they want to be on the same level. It is important to treat them like a co-worker or a friend and not just a number.
